Terminus Road, Eastbourne
Poulton Remedial Services Ltd were called in by Ellis Building Contractors of Eastbourne who were carrying out external decoration and refurbishment of the building.
Horizontal cracking was drawn to the attention of the supervising surveyors, Stiles Harold Williams and corrosion of the mild steel wall ties was found to be the cause.
3000 Helifix Dry Fix ties were installed together with isolation of the existing wall ties.
Works completed in December 2012.
